Court Assessments

I conduct sexual and general risk evaluations for those in trouble with the law around their sexual behavior. I am California Sex Offender Management Board (CASOMB) certified and I am a former site-director of a large state and federal community treatment program for sexual offenders. I am an internationally certified trainer/instructor for the STABLE-2007, an internationally renowned tool used to examine risk for sexual re-offense. I am also trained on the Static-99R and the LS/CMI, among other instruments examining risk of re-offense. I am trained to incorporate personality and cognitive assessment into my evaluations, where appropriate.

When you work with me, you will obtain a compassionate, but straightforward approach with your clients, and a thorough and timely assessment reflecting all of the latest research in the field. I have conducted hundreds of sexual offender risk evaluations and have over 15 years of experience. This includes pre-trial, pre-sentencing, and post-conviction evaluations for those in the community on probation or parole. I am competent in the assessment and treatment of both contact and non-contact (child pornography) risk assessments.
